Because our materials are digital and instantly accessible after payment, all products are delivered through immediate download links. However, we understand that unexpected situations can happen, and for this reason, we do allow refunds under specific and fair conditions.

If you have purchased a guide or digital product and feel that it does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. To be eligible, you must not have significantly used, copied, or distributed the materials, and your access to the files may be deactivated once the refund is approved. Refunds are also possible in cases of technical issues — such as duplicate charges, inaccessible files, or corrupted downloads that cannot be replaced successfully. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, typically within five to ten business days.

Please note that since our products are digital and distributed immediately after payment, refunds cannot be granted for completed and fully accessed materials unless there is a verified technical or quality issue. We rely on mutual honesty and expect customers not to request refunds for content they have already studied, downloaded, or used for educational purposes.
